Xiaoqing Bai

Dr. Xiaoqing Bai is a Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Institute of Power System Optimization, Guangxi University, China. Her research field falls in power system operation and the electricity market based on optimization theory.She focuses on robust optimization programming problems considering the uncertainty caused by renewable generation resources, such as wind power. She has worked in research and teaching in power system optimization for over 20 years. Prof. Bai has been the principal investigator or co-PI of five NSFC projects and has published over 100 peer-reviewed journal papers. She is a reviewer of more than 20 academic journals, and has over 2,000 citations on Google Scholar.
