Yahya Khan
Yahya Ahmed Khan is a Saudi engineer and novelist, born in Jeddah in 1975. He studied Electrical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran in 1998, after which he joined the Saudi Petrocheical Company (Sadaf) iand later moved to SABIC.
During his university years, Khan published articles in both Arabic and English in the cultural journals of the College of Engineering, and later contributed to several Saudi newspapers and magazines.
Khan is known for his distinctive blend of realism and fantasy, using suspense, mystery, and psychological tension as hallmarks of his storytelling. He has also proposed a literary concept he calls the “Triangle of Literary Success and Reach,” linking the author, the reader, and the publishing house — a theory he has discussed in local press and on Saudi Cultural TV programs
Outside writing, his interests include reading, creative writing, football, and watching documentaries.
