Yeshe PhuntsokKhenpo Yeshe Phuntsok was born in China's Sichuan province in 1971 and educated in both Chinese and Tibetan. In 1986, he entered Larung Gar Buddhist Institute, modern Tibet's most dynamic and fastest-growing Buddhist academy, to study with itsrenowned founder, Jikme Phuntsok Rinpoche.
