Yolanda LanceYolanda Lance is the author of the inspirational book Ladies It's Just a Piece of the Puzzle, her very first book which she co-authored with her two teenage daughters. In addition to this work, she has written several inspirational books for women an teens, as well as a growing collection of faith-based children's books designed to encourage courage, kindness, and character in young readers.She grew up in the culturally diverse community of Miami Gardens, Florida, and later moved to Conyers, Georgia. She now resides in a quiet rural area in Conyers, where she enjoys the beauty of nature and the occasional sight of deer crossing her property.Yolanda spent many years working in social services before becoming a public-school educator. She has worked in education for over 20 years and holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Secondary Reading, as well as an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in K-12 Leadership.In her first book, Ladies It's Just a Piece of the Puzzle, Yolanda takes young ladies and women on a heartfelt journey through the puzzle pieces of her life. Within its pages, she shares moments of laughter, tears, hopes, joys, disappointments, and wisdom gained along the way.
