Zonglin JiangZonglin Jiang is a professor of the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), a Distinguished Fellow of the International Shock Wave Institute (ISWI), a Member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and an AIAA Associate Fellow. He hs been internationally recognized for his universal framework of detonation initiation and propagation, the theory and technology for detonation-driven hypervelocity shock tunnels, the standing oblique detonation ramjet engine and the dispersion-controlled dissipative shock-capturing scheme, and rewarded the 2016 AIAA Ground Testing Award, the National Technology Invention Prize of China, the Outstanding Scientific and Technology Achievement Prize of CAS.
