About the Book

In the midst of the Holocaust, it was Nazi policy to preserve small groups of Jews from extermination for use as potential exchanges against German civilians held by the Allies. His eyewitness account of life in Bergen-Belsen makes this a work of great historical importance. Among the passengers on the t
