The maximum stage was 15.6 feet on June 6. 5 BUL M The water did not overflow any disputed territory in the district, and but little damage was done apart from that to island and bottom farms that are always subject to overflow when the river attains any considerable height. These lands are valuable only when the river remains low throughout the season.
