About the Book

Evolutionary Ectothermic Edition Coyote is Worn Out from Being Killed Trampled, Torn Apart, Tabled, Tested flat So that Others May Benefit from His Vitality or Immortality Until There is Nothing Left-Unless He can be Revitalized Somehow-The battery charged, the icon moves But short-circuits after pissing on his foot. The world is changing: The United Nations invites the alien, Black Cloud to give a talk and answer questions. The UN has also been accepting other nations, including Kurdistan and Dakota. The Dakota Tribe, being accepted as a nation, decides to honor Black Cloud and Coyote (whom Black Cloud thought was the ruler of humanity because Coyote had said so). Coyote tries to be a horse, while his friend Fox examines city life. An old mall in Tucson welcomes Coyote's art exhibit, "Zombies in cubes." A bus accident results in a giant zombie mummy, Mumzilla, who wrecks havoc on east Tucson. Hank-Ra, Secretary to the gods, inspects and updates the Pantheons. Some of the gods form dangerous and subversive cliques. The military tire of waiting for Coyote's help with the Immortal Warfighters program and launch an offensive to trap Coyote at the mall. The damage is horrendous. Dr. Baselisk, an angry scientist, kidnaps 3 gods from the Pantheon to get their secrets so he can be immortal. Doesn't work, although much rum is consumed. Milie, the secretly living conscious supercomputer, has a checkup at a federal lab. Then she meets with Black Cloud and Gaia to try to work for peace. At the same time, "Clownpeace" was formed by a billionaire. The senate tries to limit genetic research by arresting some of the independent pratitioners, like Dr Spicer, who added new material to Coyote and his own son, a feathered Neanderthal. He was arrested for having a flat-faced bear and a dawn horse. Coyote becomes a Catholic. Wonderwoman, Wonderwarthog and others apply for formal godhood and membership in the Pantheon. The new secretary allows buy-ins for comic book heroes. Coyote tries out for the Voice. Monkey King visits him and soon is giving out condoms to the homeless. The goddess Brigit starts a new line of cosmetics. Wakanda, Coyote's mate, gets lost in subspace beyond Mars. The military, despite the new flying walking submarine fail to contain Coyote, who escapes to France, while Dr Spicer unleashes a genetic turn that produces quarter scale people. What's left to say? Just another science utopian war fiction.
About the Author: Yulalona Lopez's life strangely parallels that of the hero of some of her novels, Coyote. She started out as an animal spirit and local legend to become an iconic image of mythical humor. She was raised by a Tohono O'odham father and schooled at local institutions, even unproductively at Harvard, to survive on the fringes of the modern monstrous megalith. Through the magic of words, Lopez has taken on a more spiritual existence as she explores the range of behavior of animals and readers and their incessant desire to be special and rich. Like Coyote, Lopez collects masks and bits of ruined technology. And, like Coyote, through her errors and greed, she points out the perils of selfishness in a limited world. Unlike Coyote, she can control her drooling and her odd sexual urges. She divides her time between west Tucson and south Tucson, Arizona, with occasional trips to her two-room den in North Tucson. She is an International sophisticate who only expresses herself locally. In a moment of weakness she put her info on Facebook and Urinepost.
