Dabei hat die Arbeit nicht den Anspruch an Vollständigkeit, vielmehr soll die vorliegende Hausarbeit eine Einsicht in die Auswahl des Personals durch die Bewerbungsgespräche vermittelt. Am Anfang werden die Funktionen des Interviews beschrieben. Als Nächstes werden die drei "klassischen" Arten der Interviewmethoden vorgestellt. In den Interviews werden verschiedene Fragetypen verwendet, die im nachfolgenden Kapitel erläutert werden. Das fünfte Kapitel befasst sich mit dem methodisch verbesserten Multimodalen Interview, welches die Validität von Interviews deutlich erhöhen sollte. Anschließend folgt eine kritische Betrachtung von Interviews. "Unter einem Einstellungsinterview ist eine Gesprächssituation zwischen zwei oder mehreren Personen - Repräsentanten der auswählenden Organisation einerseits und Stellenbewerber andererseits - zu verstehen, die Gelegenheit zum Austausch bewerbungsrelevanter person-, arbeits- und organisationsbezogener Information bietet und damit als Grundlage für Auswahlentscheidungen seitens der Organisation und der Organisationswahl seitens des Bewerbers dient."1 Das Einstellungsinterview ist die wichtigste Methode zur Auswahl von Mitarbeitern, denn für jedes Unternehmen ist es wichtig den am besten passenden Kandidaten für die angebotene Stelle zu finden. Man könnte meinen, dass diese Aufgabe angesichts der großen Auswahl einfach sei, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es nicht der Fall. Damit Fehler und Irrtümer vermieden werden können, sind eindeutige Anforderungskriterien und eine sinnvolle Personalauswahlstrategie notwendig. Bei dem Interview ist es wichtig die Bewerber zutreffend zu beurteilen, da ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen kaum untereinander vergle
