Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Journalismus, Publizistik, Note: 1,3, Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (Institut für Publizistik), Veranstaltung: Einführung in die Publizistikwissenschaft, 15 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: "Günter Jauch [...] ist der Mann, dem die Deutschen am meisten vertrauen." (BILD: Internet). Dies ist das Ergebnis einer Umfrage des Meinungsforschungsinstitutes Forsa 2007 für die BILD am Sonntag. Ausgewählt werden konnte zwischen deutschen, noch lebenden Prominenten aus Sport, Politik, Kunst und Wirtschaft, es galt eine Beurteilung der Vertrauenswürdigkeit abzugeben. Woher kommt diese Vertrauenswürdigkeit Günter Jauch gegenüber? Diese hat vielfältige Auslöser und ist eine der Ursachen für Persuasionserfolg. Denn weiterhin gilt: "mit Vertrauen werden Wahlen gewonnen, Produkte verkauft, auf Vertrauen basieren Arbeits- und Staatsverträge" (BILD: Internet). Aber nicht nur Vertrauen führt zur Änderung der vorhandenen Einstellung bei Rezipienten, Faktoren wie Glaubwürdigkeit und Persönlichkeitsmerkmale nehmen dabei zusätzlich eine prominente Stellung ein. Dabei thematisiert die folgende Arbeit die Persuasionsforschung, deren vielschichtige Anwendbarkeit und Einflussnahme auf die Meinungsbildung der Rezipienten. Diese Art von Beeinflussung ist sowohl in privater Kommunikation als auch im öffentlichen Bereich der Medien vorzufinden, weshalb sich keiner dieser Einfluss-nahme auf den persönlichen Willen entziehen kann. Dies erweckt einen sehr negativen Eindruck der Persuasion, jedoch kann diese durchaus positiv wie in Anti-Raucher- und Aufklärungs- Kampagnen angewendet werden (vgl. Perloff 2003: 3). Hierbei ist es allerdings von Wichtigkeit die Faktoren der Einflussnahme zu kennen und anwenden zu wissen, weshalb die Frage der Effekte auf die Persuasion und deren Erfolg im Mittelpunkt dieser Betrachtung stehen sollen. Dabei gilt es Ausgangsforschungen und alternative Erklärungskonzepte
