Um die Maßnahmen für die Generationen Y und Z bestimmen zu können, braucht es hier ein Grundverständnis über den Generationenbegriff, einen Überblick über die einzelnen Generationen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt sowie eine detaillierte Charakterisierung der Generationen Y und Z und deren Erwartungen an den Arbeitsmarkt. Die Abgrenzung der Generationen Y und Z soll einen Überblick über die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede geben und eine Grundlage für die Ausarbeitung der Maßnahmen in Bezug auf das Employer Branding darstellen. Im Anschluss werden mögliche Maßnahmen für das Employer Branding in Bezug auf die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Generationen Y und Z aufgezeigt und ein Ausblick in die Zukunft im Umgang mit den Generationen Y und Z bezüglich des Employer Branding in Unternehmen ermöglicht.
