Unser heutiges Verständnis von Entrepreneurship hat sich in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten stark weiterentwickelt. About the Author: Prof. Dr. Brigitte Halbfas, Professorin für Entrepreneurship Education am Institut für Berufsbildung, Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften und leitende Direktorin des Forschungs- und Lehrzentrums für unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln (Fludh), beides an der Universität Kassel. In ihrer Forschung beschäftigt sie sich u. a. mit gründungsförderlichen Strukturen, Entscheidungsprozessen im Gründungskontext, Diversity- und Genderforschung im Unternehmensgründungskontext, Unternehmensgründungsberatung sowie Aspekten der Gründungskultur. Alexander Hartmann, Management-Berater und Dozent. Als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Fachgebiet Entrepreneurship Education forscht und lehrt er mit dem Fokus auf digitaler Gründer*innenausbildung an der Universität Kassel. Praktische Erfahrung im Entrepreneurship sammelte er mit der Gründung einer Unternehmensberatung für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung im Mittelstand, bei der er im Schwerpunkt die Themen nachhaltige Organisationsentwicklung, digital work und CSR-Reporting betreute. Zurzeit promoviert er am Fachgebiet Personalwirtschafts- und Organisationslehre im Bereich Organisationale Identität.
