Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Ein Konzept zur Realisierung eines Leistungsverstärkers für die Ansteuerung einer piezokeramischen Leistungschallquelle wird vorgestellt. Als Endstufe kommt eine Kaskodeschaltung im A-Betrieb mit einem Leistungs-Schalt-MOS-FET BUZ 357 und einem bipolaren HF-Leistungs-Transistor MRF 422 zum Einsatz. Für die Vorstufe wird eine übertragerlose Gegentakt-Stufe im A/B-Betrieb mit den Transistoren BD 139/140 verwendet. Zur Verminderung der Verlustleistung wird die gesamte Verstärkerstufe im geschalteten Betrieb eingesetzt. Die Bandbreite des Verstärkers beträgt 50 kHz bis 2 MHz. Bei der unteren Grenzfrequenz ist die effektive Ausgangsleistung 0,7 kW an 37 Ohm mit der Leistungsverstärkung vp = 37 dB. Bei der oberen Grenzfrequenz sinkt die Ausgangleistung auf 0,7 kW mit vp = 34,5 dB. Alle nichtlinearen Verzerrungsprodukte liegen unter -20 dB. Die Leistung kann innerhalb 50 us abgegeben werden. Außerhalb dieser Zeit wird der Verstärker mittels einer Steuerlogik abgeschaltet, die zusammen mit dem Leistungsverstärker in einem Gehäuse untergebracht ist. Auf Maßnahmen zur Störunterdrückung wird hingewiesen. Zur Begrenzung der Verlustleistung muß die Erholungszeit größer 10 ms sein. Die Steuersignale sind zur Rechneransteuerung TTL-kompatibel. Die HF-Eingangsimpedanz beträgt 50 Ohm. Möglichkeiten zur Erhöhung der Ausgangsleistung werden aufgezeigt.
