Außerdem beschäftigt sich die Arbeit mit dem Bekanntheitsgrad und der Nutzung des E-Recruiting zur Besetzung offener Stellen unter den Bauunternehmen im Kreis Meißen in Sachsen. Als Grundlage dafür dienen die Ergebnisse einer eigenständig erstellten und durchgeführten schriftlichen Befragung verschiedener Bauunternehmen im Kreis Meißen. Die heutige Arbeitswelt ist im Vergleich zu früher deutlich schnelllebiger und dynamischer geworden. Veränderungen im Mitarbeiterstamm und in der Führungsebene werden öfter und in immer kürzeren Abständen vollzogen. Aufgrund des immer größer werdenden Fachkräftemangels ist der Markt der potenziell in Frage kommenden Bewerber außerdem aus Unternehmenssicht begrenzt. Zudem wird insbesondere der Kampf mit konkurrierenden Unternehmen um die besten Talente immer härter. Unternehmen bieten sich viele Methoden und Kanäle um neue Mitarbeiter zu beschaffen. Eine Methode ist die digital gestützte Personalbeschaffung über das Medium Internet. Das sogenannte E-Recruiting bietet den Unternehmen die Möglichkeit online nach geeigneten Kandidaten zu suchen und mit ihnen in Kontakt zu treten. Eine Möglichkeit, die einerseits viele Vorteile bietet, andererseits aber auch mit einem hohen Aufwand verbunden ist.
