About the Book

What happens when a young professional is forced to come to terms with continual failure in his business, even after trying many strategies? The Go-Giver: A Little Story About A Powerful Business Idea revolves around the life of Joe, who is a hardworking young man. However, the problem that Joe faces is that success seems to be eluding him, for reasons that even he cannot comprehend.

He finds himself having to deal with the consequences of a very bad quarter, with respect to sales. All of this frustration causes him to seek the help of a person known as the Chairman. This Chairman is a consultant, who introduces Joe to his friends, known as the Go-Givers.

These Go-Givers introduce Joe to what they call the Five Laws of Stratospheric Success. These laws are supposed to help Joe attain success in all that he does, as far as his business is concerned. The Law of Value, The Law of Compensation, The Law of Influence, The Law of Authenticity, and the Law of Receptivity make up their core strategy.

They attempt to teach Joe the power of giving. They elaborate on the fact that when you seek the benefit of others, you are blessed with success like never before. Through this novel, the writer seeks to highlight the fact that the more you bless others, the more you are blessed in return.

The Go-Giver: A Little Story About A Powerful Business Idea was largely appreciated by numerous business leaders. The Business Week listed the book in the 9th position among their best-sellers.
