About the Author: I was born in Aligarh, India. My infancy saw a turbulent time in India before Pakistan was created when my family migrated to Pakistan. My father was in the education branch of the Pakistan Air Force before he died. My late mother was encouraged by my father into acquiring a bachelors degree privately. When widowed, she went into government service as a teacher, gradually advancing from primary to secondary school teaching. She was sent on scholarships to acquire first her B.Ed and then her M.ED. she ended her career as the principal of a Teachers Ttraining college. After my BA from Kinnaird in pakistan, I was studying for my masters in Applied Psychology when first married. My late husband was not in favor of women's learning or working. It was only after being widowed that I iwent to UK where after struggling to survive for a long time I eventually made my way into the statutory social Services where i dealt with clients in various categories. While working, I explored the fields of Counseling, hypnotherapy acquiring diplomas in both fields. I successfully used the techniques i learnt in those subjects on my clients although i was not employed as counselor or a hypnotist. I got interested in Reiki in Canada and acquired Levels 2 Reiki. I finished my master level Reiki in Pakistan. I acquired a Doctorate in divinity and Religious Science in USA. The Life Skills described in this book have been tried and tested successfully on my clients. My readings and observations of life only confirmed the validity of my methods. I am the proud mother of rwo extremely talented musicians and song writers in UK who have travelled all over Europe and further and have been highly commended in music magazines and some national radio stations in Europe.Their names are Sikandar Azam Luck of "The Hungry and the Hunted", and Babar Luck. They have put their own individual stamp on music and evolved it into an educational dimension rather than just entertainment. I have travelled widely and rubbbed shoulders with the common men/ women from different cultures. I have a great affinity with nature. It speaks a language I understand. I have written fiction and poetry in Urdu and a book of poems in English starting to write at an early age. I have a Dr's in Religious Science and believe i am a spiritual person desirous of improving myself daily. My goal in life is to become a better human being and be of service to humanity through all the resorces at my disposal.
