This book is unlike anything I have ever read, it is full of conversations that we need to have, thoughts we need to invest into, even when it seems like he is a little bit off, BIRD always has a point to make that is worth making an effort to hear. He will tell you to stop kicking yourself and get back up, and he will write about things we all think about, but from a perspective that makes us feel like we can relate with it all, because he is standing right in the middle of it with you the entire way.
He can be profane and a bit off the rails at times, but he is honest and does not preach anything he does not practice himself, so the human element is thick and rich in every chapter. each idea and chapter is short, to the point most of the time and helps us to reflect outward, as well as inward from the topics he picks to write.
This book is Dedicated and written to Ayesha, whom he speak of constantly and waits for her, in fact he is probably still waiting for her now to give him invitation and permission, but for him to share this makes it a unique creation unlike any other I can name off hand.
