About the Author
Alexis Leon is a software consultant, researcher and full-time writer. He has written more than 35 books on topics including CICS, DB2, Mainframe, Y2K, Database Systems, Software Engineering, Software Configuration Management, ERP, SQL, Oracle, PowerBuilder, Developer/2000, Internet and MS-Office. He has worked as a technical recruiter for many multinational companies and has conducted thousands of interviews. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and has worked with companies like Pond's India Ltd. and Tata Consultancy Services.
