Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Mit der vorliegenden Arbeit habe ich den Versuch unternommen, Grundlagen und Konzepte für interaktionspädagogische Arbeit mit Jugendlichen aufzuzeigen. Interaktionspädagogik läßt sich in den relativ umfassenden Bereich des Begriffs "Soziales Lernen" einordnen. Interaktionsspiele gelten als eine bedeutende Methode der Interaktionspädagogik, und von besonderem Interesse sind deren Möglichkeiten, soziales Lernen anzuregen. Deshalb habe ich interaktionspädagogische Arbeit vor allem im Hinblick auf die Anwendung von Interaktionsspielen betrachtet. Erst in jüngerer Zeit hat es sich mit der Entwicklung einer eigenständigen Spielpädagogik durchgesetzt, Spiele im Rahmen eines methodischen Ansatzes gezielt und geplant für die Jugendarbeit zu nutzen. Ausgehend von einer Betrachtung über Spiel und Spielpädagogik nähere ich mich der Thematik Interaktionspädagogik und Interaktionsspiel. Mein eigener Hintergrund zur Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema besteht darin, daß ich bei meiner beruflichen Tätigkeit, zuerst bei Fortbildungsseminaren, in den Jahren seit 1989 immer öfter mit Interaktionsspielen und deren Anwendung konfrontiert wurde. Mitunter haben mich diese Interaktionsspiele und die mit ihnen verbundenen Gruppenprozesse regelrecht fasziniert. In den zurückliegenden zwei Jahren habe ich selber mit Berufskolleginnen und Berufskollegen und darüberhinaus als Gruppenleiterin mit Jugendgruppen auf diesem Gebiet gearbeitet. Die theoretischen Grundlagen für diese Arbeit zu erforschen, um damit bessere Handlungskompetenzen zu erwerben, hat mich zu diesem Thema inspiriert. Der verantwortliche Umgang mit Interaktionsspielen in der Gruppenarbeit ist ein Anliegen der vorliegenden Schrift. Ich mußte Lust und Mut aufbringen, über meine eigenen Erfahrungen mit Interaktionsspielen in Gruppen nachzudenken.
