Doing it for a few minutes every day is easy and stress free and will make practice fun. Making practice fun is very important as it will allow us to practice persistently. If it's fun we do it more, making us better faster. So, it creates this really good positive loop.
So, to get better, the reality is that we need to practice and create an intuition for drawing faces and expressions. To make practice easier we should try to do small amounts of it every day within our daily life with the help of this workbook.
