Inhaltsangabe: Problemstellung: Alle Rahmenlehrpläne für die Berufsausbildung im Dualen System, deren Neuordnungsverfahren nach 1996 begannen, werden nach Lernfeldern gegliedert. Diese bilden die Grundlage für die Berufsschulen, ein Curriculum ausgehend von den vorgegebenen Lernfeldern zu konzipieren. Die neue Form der Strukturierung von Lehrplänen führt zu einer Neuorganisation des im Unterricht zu vermittelnden Wissens. Durch die weitgehend fehlende Verbindung der Krankenpflegeausbildung zum Dualen System, ist der Lernfeldansatz in der Krankenpflegeausbildung wenig bekannt. Vor dem Hintergrund gesellschaftlicher und gesetzlicher Veränderungen werden curriculare Umgestaltungen innerhalb der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeausbildung notwendig. Aus diesem Grund wird in dieser Diplomarbeit analysiert, wie im Sinne der „Handreichungen für die Erarbeitung von Rahmenlehrplänen der Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) für den berufsbezogenen Unterricht in der Berufsschule und ihre Abstimmung mit Ausbildungsordnungen des Bundes für anerkannte Ausbildungsberufe" (im folgenden Handreichungen der KMK), ein nach Lernfeldern gestaltetes Curriculum strukturiert und auf welche didaktischen Annahmen Bezug genommen wird. Schlussfolgernd soll aufgezeigt werden, was den Unterricht innerhalb eines solchen Curriculums kennzeichnet, um zu neuen curricularen Ansätzen in der Krankenpflegeausbildung einen Vergleich herzustellen. Darauf aufbauend werden die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Übernahme des Lernfeldansatzes in die Krankenpflegeausbildung diskutiert und kritisch hinterfragt, ob eine Übernahme des Lernfeldansatzes in die Krankenpflegeausbildung wünschenswert ist.
