About the Author:

Hubert K Rampersad
Hubert K. Rampersad, B.S., Ph.D born in 1957 is an internationally respected and recognized consultant in the field of Organizational Behavior and Business Management. He is Chairman of the Board and President of TPS International Inc., California. He received his formal education in the Netherlands, earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Enschede Polytechnic Institute, an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and a Ph.D in Management from Eindhoven University of Technology. Dr Rampersad is author of 12 books and about 100 articles in leading international journals. His international bestsellers Total Performance Scorecard has been translated in 22 languages. His related article ?The Links Between Individual Learning, Collective Learning and Ethics? was awarded with ?The most outstanding paper for Training and Management Developments Methods in 2004? in the UK. His latest book Personal Balanced Scorecard has already been translated in 10 languages. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory board of the journal Training and Management Development Methods (United Kingdom), member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the journal Measuring Business Excellence (United Kingdom), member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the TQM Magazine (United Kingdom), member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Knowledge Management Practice in Canada, and editorial advisor to Singapore Management Review.
