About the Book
Like the Águas de março, by Tom Jobim, CresoH was born in Brazil, in that month. He lived and graduated in his native "marvelous city", Rio de Janeiro, in Chemical Engineering and Nuclear Technology. He also studied administration, logistics, and marketing. This solid professional formation allowed him to develop a thriving career that led him to live and work in 12 countries where, in addition to holding important positions in various companies, as vice president and CEO, he was able to combine his professional life with volunteer activities in vulnerable communities. During all this time, and especially near his 60th birthday, he felt a strong call to a spiritual search that took him to India. In that country, he lived very enriching experiences-such as a rebirth ritual in the waters of the Ganges River-that allowed him to answer personal questions about who he is and what his role in this world might be. Since then, and after understanding-thanks to his corporate and personal experience-that the most important human ability is that of making conscious decisions, with serenity and neutrality, he started combining his work with talks-"satsangs"-to develop his teams. In these meetings, he shared his ideas about the power of decisions away from ego, vanity, and lust for power, and aligned with the importance of being a leader as a vocation of service to a community.
Today, in his professional retirement, CresoH continues to cultivate his body, mind, and spirit. As part of this process and of his life mission, he has dedicated himself to writing. That is how he is leaving us now this first work of his, in which he offers us important and revealing premises to make decisions that enable our dreams and prevent us from regretting the kisses we never gave, postponed kisses.
