The book begins with an analysis on why at all students commit suicide followed by evaluation of expectations of the guardians, the mistakes committed by the guardians which pressurizes the children. Then the next section discusses who a person can succeed in his/her life which further discusses the methods to achieve success like know yourself, prepare yourself, set the target, set the timeframe, face the challenges, be eager to know more, etc. The next section discusses the hindrances faced on the path to success like negative thinking, false praise, anger, ego, jealousy, stress, over-thinking, lethargy, corruption, other bad habits, etc. The last section covers examples of few great men/women from around the world, who lagged behind in their studies/education but were the most successful in their lives like Bill Gates, Dhirubhai Ambani, Henry Fords, Steve Job, Albert Einstein, etc.

Aakhir Kyun Asafal Hote Hain Chatra?begins with the author discussing why the aspirants remain unsuccessful. The reasons are inadequate preparation, time management, mental stress, techniques to problem solving, inadequate information about the examination pattern and various other reasons contribute to the failure of the aspirants. Being aim-less is the first step to being unsuccessful in life and negative thinking is the key to the lock of failure. The next section covers special techniques and tips to follow before, during and after the examinations.
