Evidence points to a covert network orchestrated by Darian Blackwood, a billionaire strategist who profits by engineering chaos and instability. Blackwood's mercenary enforcer, codenamed Ahab, executes the wet work: assassinations, bombings, and disinformation campaigns designed to fracture alliances and keep India and Pakistan locked in perpetual hostility. The goal is not ideology but profit, turning chaos itself into currency.
From the cabinet rooms of the sub-continent to Geneva's backrooms, Shadow and Ananya pursue the truth through a labyrinth of betrayals. Shadow, haunted by the loss of loved ones to terror, struggles between loyalty to uniform and the moral clarity of exposing his own side's blind spots. Here, amid bustling bazaars, surveillance operations, and back-channel diplomacy, Shadow and Ananya uncover Blackwood's endgame: a market manipulation scheme designed to trigger global financial collapse while pushing India and Pakistan into catastrophic war. The setting introduces the birth of SENTRY, a clandestine multinational Task Force conceived to detect and disrupt threats that operate beyond borders.
