On the sunny Florida coast, a man named Edward is living the American dream. He owns multiple rental homes scattered throughout the region, each one a perfect slice of paradise for those seeking a little slice of sunshine in their lives. As he acquires more and more properties, Edward's need for sexual gratification grows more intense.
