About the Book
I have a thing or so to say about being too sober and in complete solitude and sobriety. This is a condition where I have a change to make up my mind about the long term. I am in my Maslov master phase, and that basically means, I have all my old wishes and desires cleared away, done that, to a percentage, so I have room for something new, or deepening in my now personal development. If you have a steady job, well IF you have one after Corona, you can ask yourself this. You might have been a person behind a desk and a computer for 40 years. Why not go out and work with horses, a garden or for a museum. And meet completely new people, take on a new course, pay for it yourself. Here is the MBTI. Maybe practice becoming more intro instead of extraverted? See what that does? Be more in the here and now, instead of always working with generalizations and groups, just THIS thing in front of you, go from 'N', to 'S", or try t make decisions based purely on what feels absolutely great, (F) that will stay during the execution of what you decide.ANd, stop being mister or misses 'P'/perceiver and make instant Judgings.. to (J).. NO, that is wrong for me or you, and that is (feels) like a YES. You might loose your whole sobriety. Yet, I went that route since 2006 basically since I started AvandenB - *Advies and MirRoar Coaching, and this is the low down. People look at young say, I don't know you anymore, if they did so before, and shy away. You need to aquire skills to make new friends. How about being a Aquarina, start to intent know all about love and kindness and friendship and understanding. This is how THAT works. Be quiet, basically all the time, and listen, listen listen, no judging, no interruption, and end with your decide or walk away, but pay real attention and learn from what was said to you. If they do not know you, they take it for granted, and you find out if they want to move you around. Choose. That is/might also be new. I Learned this, if you climb the corporate ladder, you start, say at the bottom, professional, or young prof. and later go to middle management already a HUGE jump, years on, still not a master, later director, and oh, chief executive officer. (eco). The absolute boss. But higher up still, board of directors that measure your decides on efficiency. If you have had enough to grow on that, most go to ZZP (Dutch), meaning without any personal, on their own, say, as painter (?), presider, speaker, wood builder of floors, making a hand full, or s shop with books or a fitness factory, or a boat design thing. I know people like that, like Rob Koenrades, just bought a shop, went to eco, and still has the joint and does the Outlaw brand boat, based on his design on a handkerchief, build in Eastern Europe, and also having a house in Spain, renting that away, collecting more and more money and free time. On that point. A sudden stop. Who still can handle that. Who are his friends that can stimulate him by being different. He wanted to do that aal by himself showing himself to be mister smart in start as a cook. But, what is his friendship fortune? Huge? He understands being and acting kind and understanding, and come the proverbial Flood from the Inconvenient Truth, he has a penthouse, at the highest building in Leiden. So. Is he a that example? No. Sobriety. What does it really mean. Google: pudency, unpretentiousness, modesty, sobriety, humility. These are all the things he already had as a cook! He uses DISC to give personal advice to clients for his pro-life factory, a gym, but does he ever grow, or grew, to get there, where he is in all measures of success? He has one goal, to be 100% dominant and 100% influencer in D.I.S.C. And what about S or C? He also scores wild in these. So, did he take personal development? No/yes/bit/a advice man/too expensive. The point is, he practices sobriety and GETS there. Alone? Yes, with a woman and some kids. Happy? .. Happy? Is that a goal? Is it? Can his DNA handle that? No.
