About the Author:

Joachim Hasebrook studierte Psychologie und Informatik, promovierte in Psychologie, habilitierte in angewandter Informatik und erhielt eine Managementausbildung in den USA. Nach dem Studium entwickelte er Expertensysteme für die Berufsberatung und war für Bildungsprogramme sowie E-Learning-Angebote für Frankfurter Großbanken verantwortlich. Er gründete eine Firma für künstliche Intelligenz und war akademischer Leiter einer internationalen Medienschule. Heute ist er Professor an der Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin und Berater bei zeb.

Benedikt Hackl leitet die Forschungszentren HR-Impulsgeber und mit Prof. Hasebrook das Steinbeis-Institut "Management Analytics". Schwerpunkte sind die Neuspositionierung von Teamarbeit, Führungs- und Steuerungssystemen und Führungskräfteentwicklung. Mit Roman Grill initiierte er den 21. Raum, ein Lern- und Denkraum für Führung in der Philipp-Lahm-Stiftung. Er war als Führungskraft im Automobilbereich und in der Beratung tätig, hat heute eine Professur für Unternehmensführung und Personal und begleitet die Führungskräfteentwicklungsprogramme zahlreicher Unternehmen.

Sibyll Rodde studierte Psychologie, promovierte in diesem Fach und absolvierte die Ausbildung zur Psychologischen Psychotherapeutin. Sie war in mehreren Kliniken tätig und führte verschiedene Evaluationsstudien durch, u. a. zur Fort- und Weiterbildung in der Psychotherapie und in der Geriatrie. Heute arbeitet sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin beim Beratungsunternehmen zeb und ist auch therapeutisch tätig.
