Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Film und Fernsehen, Note: 2.0, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (Zentrum für Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaft), Veranstaltung: Seminar "Computergestützte Datenanalyse mit SPSS", Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Hausarbeit befasst sich mit der Analyse einer Befragung zum Thema Tele-Shopping, die Ende 2006 im Rahmen eines SPSS-Seminars der medienwissenschaftlichen Abteilung der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn durchgeführt worden ist. Neben Tele-Shopping hat die Forschergruppe auch das Bestellverhalten im Internet und per Katalog als Konkurrenzplattformen untersucht. Die Befragung ist in Form von Straßen-, Face-to-Face- und telefonischen Interviews durchgeführt worden. Der Erhebungszeitraum belief sich auf circa drei Wochen ab dem 1. Dezember 2006. Die Stichprobengröße umfasste insgesamt 331 Befragte. Die abgefragten Themenfelder sind neben demografischen Angaben zu Geschlecht, Alter, Bildung, Familienstand und Einkommen: Allgemeines Fernsehverhalten (z.B. Fernsehdauer), Nutzungsverhalten beim Tele-Shopping (Bekanntheit entsprechender Sender, Häufigkeit und Dauer der Betrachtung solcher Sender, Bestellverhalten), Nutzungsverhalten bei Internetbestellungen, Nutzungsverhalten bei Katalogbestellungen. Sämtliche Bereiche beziehungsweise signifikante Ergebnisse werden in dieser Arbeit analysiert und gedeutet. Zur Veranschaulichungen werden neben typischen Ergebnistabellen auch zahlreiche Diagramme herangezogen.
