Educators don't need another binder; they need a shared way to talk about, practice, and sustain Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) across classrooms, teams, and calendars. Our xSELeratED Schools Framework offers a plain-spoken, equity-centered throughline built for actual school days-not ideal ones.
At its center are five competencies that anyone in a learning community can name and use: Understanding Myself, Nurturing Myself, Understanding Others, Nurturing Others, and Building a Better World.
