The night side is a frozen polar wasteland occupied by Neanderthal like humanoids, while the light side has an advanced, Greco-Roman classical type civilization. He has given a picturesque description of the winter constellation. In which Orion is the prominent, in the east there is Pleiades above the northeast horizon the most beautiful star Capella flashes. Fiery red star Aldebaran looks like the eye of the angry bull. Taurus rises behind the horizon and finally a beautiful v-shaped cluster Hyades appears.
