Alison RabyAlison Raby is a Senior Lecturer, Senior Tutor and Programme Leader at the University of Lincoln, in addition to being co-Project Manager of the University’s partnership with Guizhou University in China. Prior to this, she worked wit international students at Nottingham Trent International College, after leaving Poland where she taught EFL and ran an English school. She has a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and has completed a PhD on An Exploration of the Relationships between Chinese Students and their Personal Tutors: an IPA Study.
