Nienke AlbertsNienke Alberts is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Bristol, who leads the Personal Tutoring Project and advises on personal tutoring policy. As part of this project, she investigates various aspects of personal tutorig, including personal tutoring models, and the experiences of staff and students. She worked previously as a researcher at AccessHE investigating access to higher education for marginalised and minoritised groups, and advising universities on impact evaluation of widening participation activities. She has worked as a lecturer in Anthropology and as a personal tutor at University College London, the University of Bristol, the University of Roehampton, and the University of East London.
