Annika Sharma

Annika, an M.Ed in early childhood special education and MPH in maternal and child health, has over a decade of experience in education, advocacy, and communications. Her writing career began in 2015 with romcom novels starring South Asians, and se recently expanded to middle grade stories with a cultural twist. She is represented by Donaghy Literary Group. She founded and sold That Desi Spark, a South Asian media platform, and has served as a leader in her community since 2019. Annika lives in New York City and loves to read, travel, and spend time with loved ones.
