Cara PronkCara Pronk received her Law Degree from Maastricht University in 2005. She is a labour and employment attorney with Van Doorne N.V. where she specializes in employment law with a focus on cross-border and European employment law, workers partiipation, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (including TUPE) and outsourcing. Ms Pronk has several publications and book contributions in her name. She has written and spoken on international employment law issues such as outsourcing transactions and international private law cases. Cara frequently speaks at seminars and conferences in The Netherlands and elsewhere in the world. She is the co-editor of the Explanatory Notes on the International Employment Lawin the annual publication of SDU Commentary Employment Law and an annotator on European and Private International Lawfor the monthly TAP Labor Law Magazine.
