Eleni E. AnastasopoulouDr Eleni E. Anastasopoulou is a Lecturer in Sustainable Entrepreneurship at Neapolis University Pafos. She holds a Ph.D. in Sustainable Agri-food Entrepreneurship, an M.Sc. in Pharmacognosy and Chemistry of Natural Products, and a B.Sc. in Agricultur with a specialization in Food Science and Technology. Her research focuses on sustainable development, innovation in the agri-food and tourism sectors, and rural policies at national and European levels. She has published in high-impact journals, co-edited academic volumes, authored book chapters, and presented at international conferences.
