Eric W. Gill

Eric W. Gill is an emeritus professor at the Department of electrical and computer engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He is a senior member of the IEEE. His research primarily deals with the scattering of high frequency (H) radiation from time-varying random rough surfaces. He also works on the application of HF surface wave radar (HFSWR) operating in an ocean environment. He is an associate editor for IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering.
