Weimin Huang
Weimin Huang is a professor at the Department of electrical and computer engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He was previously a design engineer with Rutter Technologies, Canada. He has authored over 230 research papers. Hi research interests include the mapping of oceanic surface parameters via HF ground wave radar, X-band marine radar, and global navigation satellite systems. He is an associate editor for IEEE ACCESS, IEEE Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and an editorial board member of Remote Sensing.
