Huaxiang Yan

Dr. Huaxiang Yan's research is mainly engaged in environmental geotechnical engineering, such as the control and prevention of contaminated soil, geological storage of nuclear waste, etc. In the past five years, he has published 30 papers as the frst or corresponding author in international authoritative SCI journals in the fields of geotechnique, engineering geology, environment, etc., such as Geotechnique, Engineering Geology, Journal of Hydrology, and Waste Management (15 papers in the first zone or TOP journals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 22 papers in the first zone of JCR), of which 5 papers were selected as cover papers of ASCE-Journal of Environmental Engineering (Editor's Choice, Volume 149, Issue 9) and International Journal for Numerical and Analytical Methods in Geomechanics (Cover Image, Volume 46, Issue 6; Cover Image, Volume 45, Issue 5; Cover Image, Volume 43, Issue 15), and applied for/authorized 3 invention patents.
