J. Sadhik BashaProf. Dr. J. Sadhik Basha received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Trichy, India, in 2011. He is currently serving as a Assistant Dean for Research & Graduate Studies at the National University of Science & Technology, Oman. His research iterests include alternative fuels, thermal desalination, emulsion fuels, renewable energy, zero-emission technologies, and CCUS. He has secured externally funded research projects exceeding USD 100,000 in the area of thermal desalination, alternative fuels & renewable energy. Dr. Basha has published more than 80 research articles, holds nine patents, and serves as an expert referee, editorial / advisory board member for over 80 reputed international journals. He holds more than 50 professional memberships. He has received the Best Supervisor Awards from MEDRC, GPCA, Best Researcher Award IMCO, & multiple Best Teaching Cash Awards.
