Lee BauknightLee Bauknight is an instructor at Louisiana State University, where he teaches courses primarily in the University Writing Program. Lee completed his MFA in fiction at the University of South Carolina in 2002 and was associate director of the First-Yar English Program there for five years and director of the Writing Center for one. As associate director, Lee helped redesign the first-year English curriculum with a focus on analysis and argumentation and helped train, mentor, and evaluate instructors and graduate teaching assistants. He also designed and edited five editions of THE CAROLINA READER, one of the textbooks used in the FYE Program.
