Luo DongchuanLuo Dongchuan, Ph.D. (Peking University), is a senior judge (Grade 1) of China. He was a member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court; President of the Fourth Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court; supervisor for post-octors at the China Institute of Applied Jurisprudence; professor at the National Judge College; professor at the IP Academy, Renmin University; research fellow at the International IP Research Center, Peking University; vice-president of the IP Law Association of China; standing council member of the Civil and Commercial Law Association of China; vice-director of IP Division of the Supreme People's Court; vice-director of the Research Department of the Supreme People's Court; director of the China Institute of Applied Jurisprudence; and vice-director of the Department of Politics of the Supreme People's Court.
