Lynden GriggsMr Lynden Griggs is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Tasmania. He has an Honours and Masters degree in Law from the University of Tasmania. He is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the Federal Cours of Australia. He is the Associate Editor of the Competition and Consumer Law Journal and is on the editorial board of the Australian and New Zealand Trade Practices Law Bulletin. His principal areas of interest are competition law, consumer law and property law. His principal areas of interest are consumer law, property law and sports law. He is currently researching the impact that electronic conveyancing will have on the Torrens system. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia.
