Marie McGonagleMarie McGonagle is a former Head of the School of Law at the National University of Ireland, Galway.* She also served as a member of the University's Governing Authority. Her research interests lie in Media and Communications Law, and she has ublished widely in the field of national and international levels, as well as drafting many legal and policy documents, contributing to EU and Council of Europe programmes and studies, and advising Government and media organizations.
