Mark HigginsDr. Mark Higgins is a professor of accounting and the former Edward Jones Dean of the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Tennessee and his B.S. and M.S. in accounting at the Univrsity of South Carolina.
