Nitha Mathew JosephNitha Mathew Joseph has been a Nurse Educator and Scientist at the Cizik School of Nursing, UTHealth Houston, since 2014. She is an Associate Professor with twenty years of nursing experience in various health care settings including critical care, mdical-surgical, and adult psychiatry. She earned her PhD in Nursing from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Her research focus is physical activity and the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes.
