He has also shot for Harrods Magazine, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Red, Food & Travel, Good Food, Olive and Delicious magazines.

Peter has spent the last year doing a lot of travelling; he spent two months in the USA shooting the book that accompanies James Martin's 'American Adventure', and also shot a book in Ethiopia which will be published in October for Kyle Books as well as magazine features in Japan and Cape Verde.
