Philip SimonPhilip G. Simon, Associate Professor of Music Emeritus, is an instructor with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Temple University. As an adjunct faculty member at Wilkes University, he teaches private lessons on string bass and tuba and serveson university committees.
