Bhagat, b. 1970, did his B.A. (Hons.) with first class first position in University from Jodhpur University and M.A. from Delhi School of Economics (DSE) and M.Phil. from Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU) is at present Asst. Professor of Sociolgy Indu Rani Mahila Snatak Mahavidhalaya under Sagar University, Sagar. He possesses a prolong teaching experience of twelve years and submitted several research papers.
