Richard Campbell Richard Campbell is the accidental scientist. He is an MBA specializing in management and owns his own management consulting firm in Ellicott City, MD. His traditional clients are federal agencies, fortune 250 companies or start-ups. In 2008, Campbel was asked by his uncle Dr. Thomas Logan to figure out why the rocks that grew the watermelon was able to do so.
